Low Season: Outside of school holidays
Middle Season: School holidays (except high Season)
High Season: Easter and Xmas/New Year periods.
- Minimum Stay: 2 nights in low season. 3,4,or 5 night minimums over middle and peak seasons.
- Longer Stays: Always best to call the resort and check on availability.
- Pets: Pets are limited to one small dog under 10kg (must be quiet, toilet trained and stay off soft furnishings). When booking refer to apartments priced as Pet Friendly on booking page and always check with us to confirm acceptance.
- Deposit: 30% deposit required upon booking (minimum $200), balance due on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after the reservation and a further 40% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days (28 days in the peak Seasons) prior to arrival. If the guest does not show up they will be charged the total cost of the reservation. No refunds for shortened stays.

- Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons in 2 bedroom apartments and 6 persons in 3 bedroom apartments. Children over 5 years are counted as a person. Guests with an infant must not exceed maximum occupancy by more than one.
- Check In: from 2pm to 5pm
- Check Out: from 8am to 10am
