What do we need to bring?

melbourneit / / / 0 Comments

The apartments are self contained but you will need to bring your food, consumable items e.g. soaps, toilet paper etc., toys, activity items, beach towels and your personal items and clothes of course. For those that may arrive late, haven’t had the chance to do their shopping or just forgot the shampoo, we do provide a once off rescue pack which includes some soaps, personal and washing, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and a few other bits and pieces you may have forgotten placed in the pantry, laundry and bathroom.

The resort is pet friendly, what are the restrictions?

melbourneit / / / 0 Comments

Most of our apartments permit guests to bring a small dog up to 10kg. The pooches have some house rules to abide by e.g. they are not permitted on beds or lounges or in the swimming pool area, must not disturb other guests and their pooches and must be house trained. Any pet waste must be bagged and removed from apartments and courtyards. Soiling of or damage to any furnishings will incur additional cleaning or repair/replacement charges.

No, bed linen and towels are provided and you receive a mid-stay service for stays longer than 7 days. The towels are not for beach or swimming pool use so you will need to bring your beach towels.
