Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit : 25% deposit required (minimum $200) with booking, balance due on arrival.Cancellations and Refunds: Outside 14 days (28 days in High): Cancellation fee of 10% of accommodation value (minimum charge $50). Inside 14 days (28 days in High); forfeiture of deposit. Inside 3 days (7 days in High) forfeiture of 50% of accommodation value. No refund for unused or shortened stays.
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge on AMEX and Diners Club cards.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons in 2 bedroom apartments and 6 persons in 3 bedroom apartments. Children over 5 years counted as a person. Infants under 5 years are counted and guests with infants person count not to exceed maximum occupancy by more than one.
